Refund/Exchange Policy

 

-If there is an exchange that is needed, customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to us. Merchandise must be returned in acceptable and like new condition. If the requested size is not available for exchange a refund will be issued.

-For Refunds, we must be notified within 7 days after delivery of intent to return merchandise. All merchandise must be in like new condition to be issued a refund. Customer is responsible for shipping charges occurred while shipping merchandise back to us!

-Lost or Stolen packages are not the responsibility of D'MOGI Clothing. Once the package is given to UPS they are responsible for delivering the product. Please ensure that the given address is correct. Once product is shipped we can't change the address.
